The practice is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and an accredited member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society.
Services include general counselling sessions, couples therapy, and specialised adoption and fostering therapy. As an approved LINK Adoption Counsellor with Barnardo's Adoption Agency, the practice brings particular expertise to those navigating adoption and fostering journeys. Walk and talk therapy is also available, bringing the benefits of a standard therapy session with the added advantage of being out in nature.
The practice draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic talking therapies, solution-focused therapy, trauma-focused therapy, attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, and creative art and play techniques.
