About EG Counselling
EG Counselling offers a range of evidence-based talking therapies for individuals and couples. A fully qualified counsellor, the practice provides person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, humanistic and integrative counselling. Using solution-focused therapy, EG Counselling aims to resolve conflict and improve communication in couples work.
The practice has extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression and bereavement, including specialist support through accreditation with The Foundation for Infant Loss. Integrative counselling takes a whole-person approach, considering your mental and physical wellbeing together. Individual therapy sessions run for 50 minutes, and the counsellor is accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
EG Counselling supports people navigating stress, relationship difficulties, loss, grief and a range of other life challenges. Whether you're seeking individual therapy or couples counselling, the practice offers a confidential, professional space to explore your concerns and work towards positive change.
