East Devon Counselling Service is led by Jane Hancock, a Senior Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with more than 20 years' experience working with adults and couples. Jane is a Fellow of the International Society of Psychotherapy and Counselling (ISPC) and a Senior Accredited Clinical Supervisor.
Jane offers a range of counselling and psychotherapy approaches tailored to your needs. She provides general counselling sessions, couples counselling, and specialist Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), having undertaken dedicated training at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. Sessions are available face-to-face, online, or by telephone, with Walk and Talk Therapy also available for those who prefer to work outdoors.
