Dr Yaz Headley is an accredited and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with over two decades of experience working with clients. She holds an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regents University, along with a Diploma in Relationship and Sex Therapy. She is registered with BABCP, UKCP, and COSRT.
Dr Headley's individual therapy draws on a range of approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Integrative and Psychodynamic methods. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, cultural adaptation challenges, and the lasting effects of past abuse.
