Dr Ruth Gordon is an HCPC-registered counselling psychologist offering a comprehensive range of evidence-based talking therapies tailored to your individual needs.
Dr Gordon specialises in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), with particular expertise in trauma-focused approaches. She also provides interpersonal therapy, which helps you communicate better with others and addresses problems such as conflict, grief, life changes and difficulties with relationships. For those working through past traumatic experiences, EMDR therapy helps heal and reduce distress by allowing your brain to process events properly.
