Dr Robert O'Flaherty is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and Chartered with the British Psychological Society. He specialises in evidence-based psychological therapy, with a particular focus on men's mental health.
Dr O'Flaherty offers a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, all rooted in psychological research. He is a qualified EMDR Therapist, using this trauma-focused approach to support clients working through post-traumatic stress and related difficulties.
