About Dr Polly James
Dr Polly James offers therapy and coaching for children and adults, drawing on evidence-based approaches including CBT and Compassion-Focused Therapy. She has extensive experience working with children experiencing anxiety, low mood and low self-esteem, and supports those with neurodivergence, including ADHD and autism.
A particular specialism is helping children with food allergies and feeding difficulties, including Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Dr Polly James runs virtual group sessions for parents of children aged 1–4 years with feeding challenges, and offers webinar training on understanding and managing feeding difficulties in toddlers.
