Craniosacral therapy is particularly beneficial for newborns, helping them feel more settled, and is also well-suited to those with autism spectrum disorder as it requires no talking, eye contact, or necessarily any touch.
Nicola is a qualified reflexologist with over 20 years of experience supporting clients with hormone imbalances, menopause symptoms, IBS, stress and other conditions. She also offers perinatal support to parents and babies following birth, including recovery from planned and unplanned caesarean sections and assisted delivery.
