Dr Monika Wieliczko is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC and the British Psychological Society. She offers individual and couples counselling, drawing predominantly on psychodynamic and attachment-based psychotherapy approaches alongside Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

Dr Wieliczko provides general counselling sessions and psychodynamic therapy for individuals working through a range of psychological concerns. Her couples counselling addresses relationship dynamics and communication. She also specialises in EMDR therapy, a structured approach particularly effective for processing trauma and distressing memories.

Beyond standard therapy, Dr Wieliczko works with people who have had challenging experiences using psychedelic substances, offering psychedelic integration sessions to help process and make sense of those experiences. She provides clinical supervision for other practitioners and offers online therapy as a flexible option for clients.
