About Dr Michelle Gershoni
Dr Michelle Gershoni is an HCPC-registered and BPS-accredited counselling psychologist offering evidence-based therapy to adults and teens. She provides general counselling alongside specialist therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and existential therapy. She initially trained in existential and psychodynamic frameworks and has incorporated CBT and acceptance and commitment therapy into her practice.
Dr Gershoni has particular clinical interests in anxiety, selective mutism, relapse prevention, and developmental trauma. She works with children, teens and young adults experiencing selective mutism, and supports clients navigating anxiety and trauma-related concerns.
