About Dr Lucy Robson
Dr Lucy Robson is a child and adolescent psychotherapist offering specialist psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and young adults up to the age of 25. She is a full member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists and trained at the British Psychotherapy Foundation.
Dr Robson provides general counselling sessions, adolescent and teen counselling, and family and systemic therapy. She recognises that different young people communicate in different ways: some express themselves through talking, while younger children may express themselves through play therapy. This flexibility in approach means each young person receives support tailored to how they naturally communicate.
In addition to working directly with young people, Dr Robson offers parent, carer, and family sessions, which can indirectly support young people by involving the adults around them in the therapeutic process.
Dr Robson helps young people navigate the challenges they face during formative years, working with families to create meaningful change and growth.
