About Dr Katherine Knight
Dr Katherine Knight is an HCPC-registered psychologist and Advanced Accredited EFT Practitioner who specialises in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping therapy. As a BPS Chartered Member, she brings both clinical expertise and evidence-based energy work to her practice.
Dr Knight offers one-to-one EFT sessions delivered online or in-person, alongside introductory tapping groups held every other month for those new to the technique. She also provides sound bath sessions as part of her holistic offering.
Her work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety and stress relief by calming the mind and body during periods of worry.
