Dr Joanne Weston is a HCPC registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist offering evidence-based therapy for adults. She works with a range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, insomnia, OCD, bereavement, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and adjustment to health conditions or major life events.
Dr Weston draws on multiple therapeutic approaches tailored to your needs. These include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), person-centred therapy, and family and systemic therapy. She has specialist training in CBT for insomnia and is trained to deliver internet-based CBT for OCD.
Sessions are available online and by telephone, making therapy accessible from wherever you are. Dr Weston works with you to understand your concerns and develop a personalised approach to support your wellbeing and help you move forward.
