About Dr Helena Belgrave
Dr Helena Belgrave is a psychologist trained to work with adults and to offer individual psychotherapy. She is BPS accredited (CPSYCHOL, AFBPsS), HCPC registered, and BICA trained in infertility counselling, bringing specialist expertise to several key areas of mental health and wellbeing.
Dr Belgrave offers general counselling sessions and specialises in perinatal mental health therapy, supporting those who are pregnant, newly postpartum, or have experienced loss. She works with anxiety, depression, and the emotional challenges of building resilience through life transitions. Her perinatal work covers antenatal and postnatal depression, birth trauma, and panic attacks—issues that can feel isolating but respond well to skilled therapeutic support.
For those navigating fertility challenges, Dr Belgrave provides both infertility counselling and fertility acupuncture to support the emotional and physical dimensions of conception difficulties.
