About Dr Eszter Ivan
Dr Eszter Ivan is a trauma-informed, embodied psychotherapist and dance movement therapist offering a creative, non-judgmental space for healing. She works with people navigating trauma, loss, and feelings of being stuck, using an integrative approach that draws on body sensations, movement, images, and creative expression.
Her core therapeutic offerings include dance movement therapy, art therapy, and general counselling sessions. She also offers transformational coaching, family and systemic therapy (exploring relationship dynamics and recurring family patterns), and hypnotherapy. Within these sessions, she may use guided visualisation to help you feel calmer, grounded, or more connected to your inner resources, or simple art materials and body gestures to express things that are difficult to put into words.
Dr Ivan is regulated by ADMPUK and UKCP, and holds clinical supervision qualifications. She also facilitates psychotherapeutic embodied workshops for women, designed to explore and heal through movement and creative expression.
