About Dr Christina Gregory
Dr Christina Gregory is a BPS Chartered Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist, registered with the HCPC, UKCP, BACP and BPS Division of Counselling Psychology. She offers short-term, medium-term and open-ended individual counselling and psychotherapy, available both in person and online.
Dr Gregory has specialist expertise in perinatal mental health, supporting people through infertility, pregnancy loss and birth trauma. She works with a wide range of difficulties including trauma, PTSD and C-PTSD, depression and low mood, anxiety and panic attacks, bereavement and loss, and relationship and interpersonal difficulties. She also provides couples counselling for those navigating relationship challenges.
