She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches including their short-term version Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, person-centred therapy, and interpersonal therapy. She is also an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, a specialist trauma therapy.
