Dr. Becky Howie is a Lifestyle Medicine Physician with a GP background who specialises in helping clients rediscover their health, wellbeing and energy. She holds membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP) and is qualified in Integrated and Lifestyle Medicine (Dip IBLM/BSLM).
Dr. Howie offers Lifestyle Medicine Coaching and Consultation, working with clients to address the foundations of good health through personalised support. Her 12-Week Body Transformation Programme is delivered remotely and includes an in-depth lifestyle audit covering nutrition, exercise, sleep and emotional health, alongside four one-to-one coaching sessions via Zoom delivered fortnightly throughout the programme. She also provides Health Coaching and Personal Training tailored to individual needs.
She is particularly passionate about supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause, helping them understand and manage this significant life transition through evidence-based lifestyle approaches. Beyond one-to-one work, Dr. Howie delivers corporate health talks designed to cater to organisations of all sizes, bringing her expertise to workplace wellness.
