Dr Aradhana Perry is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, offering psychotherapy and clinical psychology therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of issues including depression, grief, developmental trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic pain and self-harm.
Dr Perry's main therapeutic approaches are EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), which she integrates with elements from other evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and narrative approaches. She holds accreditation as an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner and is an approved DBR practitioner and consultant-in-training.
