About Dr Anne-Marie Catterall
Dr Anne-Marie Catterall is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years' experience in the NHS. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and holds memberships with the British Psychology Society as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and member of both the Coaching Psychology Division and Organisational Psychology Division.
Dr Catterall offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. She works with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients address anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. She is trained in specialist neurodiversity frameworks and provides support for those navigating autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, and dyslexia.
Beyond traditional therapy, she offers ADHD coaching, dyspraxia and DCD assessment, and corporate coaching programmes designed for workplace wellbeing. Her coaching services extend to personal and relationship development, with particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals in professional settings.
Dr Catterall provides flexibility in how you access support, offering both online sessions via Zoom and telephone appointments, as well as in-person therapy. She is a Healix Registered Provider and WPA Registered Provider.
