About Dorothy Owens Counse
Dorothy Owens is an integrative counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As an integrative counsellor, she is able to adapt her therapeutic approach to suit individual needs, drawing on different therapeutic methods to support her clients.
Dorothy works with both individuals and couples, offering general counselling sessions as well as specialist support for anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger management, and menopause-related concerns. She also provides couples counselling for relationship issues and can help with stress, trauma, grief, isolation, and body image concerns.
Sessions are available in person, online, or by telephone, making it easy to access support in a way that suits you. Individual therapy sessions are £55 per session.
