Donna Edmondson Jones Therapy offers a range of evidence-based talking therapies delivered both online and face to face, providing a calm and confidential space for adults, teenagers and children aged five and above.
As a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist, licensed NLP practitioner and certified Havening Techniques® practitioner, Donna works with a comprehensive range of issues. For adults, this includes anxiety and fear, emotional traumas, and habitual behaviours. With children and young people, she specialises in worry and anxiety, anger management and related concerns. She draws on multiple therapeutic approaches including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy to tailor treatment to individual needs.
Havening Techniques, also known as delta wave techniques, is one of Donna's core specialisms. This approach is designed to help permanently treat and heal traumas, anxiety and phobias. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP coaching complement her hypnotherapy work, offering clients additional tools for personal change and development.
