About Diana Constantinou
Diana Constantinou is an experienced Adult and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Counsellor offering counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. She works with both adults and teenagers, bringing specialist training in adolescent psychotherapy alongside her broader clinical experience.
Diana offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She practises psychodynamic therapy, which aims to help you explore, understand and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. She has also trained in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy, an approach currently used within the NHS.
She has successfully supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties and trauma. Diana also works extensively with clients managing chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, as well as those navigating addiction and addictive behaviours. She brings particular expertise to self-harm and eating disorders, drawing on her broad experience across a wide range of presenting issues.
