About Denbighshire Taekwondo Academy
Denbighshire Taekwondo Academy is a Family Martial Arts Centre of Excellence offering taekwondo and self-defence classes for all ages and abilities. The academy is a member of both the Taekwondo Association of Great Britain (T.A.G.B.) and a founding member of the British Taekwondo Council (B.T.C.), ensuring instruction meets recognised standards.
Classes are structured by age group to suit different developmental stages. TKD Tigers is a specially designed programme for children aged 3–5 years, introducing them to martial arts fundamentals through play and movement. Junior classes cater to children aged 6–13, while family classes welcome participants aged 6 and over to train together. Adults-only sessions are also available for those seeking dedicated training in a focused environment. For those with competitive ambitions, the academy offers competition training to develop advanced skills and prepare for tournaments.
