About Deborah Hood
Deborah Hood offers a thoughtfully integrated approach to wellbeing, combining somatic bodywork with psychological insight. She is registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association of the UK and draws on over two decades of training across multiple disciplines.
Her practice centres on three interconnected modalities. Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful treatment that offers an opportunity for the body to recognise and release deeply held areas of tension. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a model of therapy that views the mind as a system of internal 'parts' or sub-personalities, helping clients work with different aspects of themselves in a structured, compassionate way. Complementing these, she offers holistic massage and myofascial release therapy, drawing on her background as a qualified massage therapist and advanced practitioner in myofascial techniques.
Deborah also works with family and systemic therapy, IFS coaching, and energy healing including Reiki.
