Deborah Ellenor is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist and counsellor with 23 years of clinical experience. She offers a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs, including general counselling, family and systemic therapy, and person-centred therapy alongside transactional analysis and gestalt therapy.
Specialising in trauma work, Deborah integrates several advanced modalities into her practice. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and brainspotting form key aspects of her treatment approach, complemented by a polyvagal-informed practice that helps clients work with their nervous system responses. Internal Family Systems (IFS) is now at the core of her work, having completed level 2 of the training, and she also offers IFS coaching for those seeking this specific methodology.
