About Debbie Wyatt Counselling
Debbie Wyatt Counselling offers one-to-one integrative counselling, drawing from different therapeutic models to support you through a range of challenges. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, or relationship difficulties, the service works with a variety of issues in a trauma-informed way.
Sessions are available online or by telephone, so you can choose what feels right for you. This flexibility makes counselling accessible whether you prefer face-to-face support or remote sessions from home.
Debbie Wyatt Counselling is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). The service also works at an agency supporting people who have experienced sexual trauma and domestic abuse, bringing specialist experience to sensitive and complex issues.
If you're experiencing low self-esteem, neurodiversity-related concerns, or any of the issues mentioned above, integrative counselling can help you explore what's happening and find a path forward. This is a confidential, non-judgmental space tailored to your needs.
