About Debbie Fitchsampson
Debbie Fitchsampson is a BACP registered and accredited counsellor with over 20 years of experience, and a Chartered Member of the CIPD. She offers counselling for individuals and couples, working with a range of concerns including anxiety, low mood, depression, panic, and relationship difficulties.
Debbie's core training is psychodynamic therapy, and she has undertaken further specialist training in couples counselling and solution-focused brief therapy, bringing flexibility and depth to her practice. She has also completed dedicated training in bereavement care and has worked with a bereavement charity, enabling her to provide sensitive support during times of loss.
Sessions are available in person, online via video platform, or by telephone, making it easy to access support in a way that suits you. Debbie is also a member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO), reflecting her commitment to safe and effective remote practice.
