As an experienced integrative counsellor, David works with a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-informed techniques.
David specialises in anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues, including childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and PTSD. He also works with eating disorders, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Couples counselling is available alongside individual sessions for adolescents and adults.
Sessions are flexible and tailored to your needs. You can meet for in-person counselling, access therapy online via Zoom, or opt for walk and talk therapy. All first sessions are offered at half price, making it easy to explore whether counselling is right for you.
