About David Goodman Counselling
David Goodman Counselling offers person-centred therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), specialising in helping clients process trauma, find clarity, and move forward. David is a registered person-centred counsellor with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Person-Centered Counselling from The Norwich Centre.
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy designed to help people process and heal from distressing life experiences. It is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD, and can also support those working through anxiety and other emotional difficulties. Person-centred counselling provides a safe, non-directive space where you lead the conversation at your own pace.
David also offers general counselling sessions, homeopathy consultations, and a PTSD treatment programme. Every client begins with a free 50-minute initial consultation, available online or in person, giving you the chance to get to know David and discuss what you need before committing to ongoing work.
