About Daska Hatton
Daska Hatton is a psychotherapist and craniosacral therapist offering integrated bodywork and talking therapies for personal wellbeing and self-understanding. She is a registered craniosacral therapist and member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, and holds membership with the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
Daska initially trained as an Alexander Technique teacher, qualifying in 1998, and brings this embodied approach to her wider practice. She is trained in Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapy and combines these modalities in one-to-one sessions, helping clients explore the connection between body, mind and emotional experience. Her work draws on the principle that how we hold and move ourselves reflects our inner world, and that awareness and gentle change in either dimension can support lasting wellbeing.
Beyond individual practice, Daska offers group supervision and workshops for craniosacral therapists and bodywork practitioners, sharing her expertise with other professionals in the field.
Whether you are seeking psychotherapy, craniosacral therapy, or the Alexander Technique, Daska offers a thoughtful, integrative approach grounded in professional training and regulatory membership. Her practice is suited to anyone looking to deepen self-awareness, work through emotional or physical tension, or explore how body and mind work together in healing and growth.
