About Dan Storey
Dan Storey is an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist who works with adults and teenagers both in-person and via online therapy. He holds a BACP Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and is a BACP registered member, bringing a structured, evidence-based approach to his practice.
Dan offers general counselling sessions where you can explore life's complexities in a calm, confidential space. He also provides CBT standard sessions, drawing on cognitive behavioural techniques to help you work through patterns that may no longer serve you. Beyond one-to-one work, he facilitates meditation group classes, recognising the value of mindfulness and meditation for wellbeing.
With additional training in clinical supervision accredited by BACP at Level 6, Dan brings depth and reflective practice to his work. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or navigating a particular challenge, his approach is rooted in the belief that you have the capacity to re-author your own story.
Dan works nationally via online sessions and in-person, making his services accessible whether you prefer the convenience of remote therapy or face-to-face support. He is well-suited to anyone seeking professional, compassionate counselling or therapy grounded in recognised qualifications and a commitment to ethical practice.
