About Damian Castello Counselling
Damian Castello Counselling offers integrative counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people aged 13 and over. With over 8 years' experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist, Damian is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a qualified supervisor.
The practice provides support across a wide range of concerns. For those managing emotional difficulties, services include anxiety therapy (including social anxiety), anger management, and help developing skills and insight to prevent depression from returning. Damian works with clients navigating the impact of past trauma—including abuse, childhood adversity, and other life-altering experiences—as well as PTSD treatment. Bereavement counselling helps clients move through the stages of grief following loss, while couples counselling supports those working to identify and resolve relationship difficulties.
