About Dagaz Therapy
Dagaz Therapy offers counselling and therapeutic support for children, young people and families. The practice provides one-to-one in-person therapy sessions for children and young people aged 3–19, drawing on play therapy, creative arts approaches and SandStory techniques. The therapist holds a postgraduate diploma in play therapy from Leeds Beckett University and is a registered SandStory therapist, bringing specialist knowledge to work with neurodiverse children and young people.
Beyond direct work with young people, Dagaz Therapy also offers online parent coaching sessions that deliver psycho-education, helping carers understand and support their children more effectively. General counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) sessions are available, alongside online counselling for those who prefer remote support.
Whether you're seeking play-based therapy for a younger child, targeted support for neurodivergence, or guidance as a parent or carer, Dagaz Therapy combines evidence-informed practice with creative, child-centred approaches to help young people navigate challenges and build resilience.
