Led by a qualified counsellor (MBACP) and registered member of the Career Development Institute, the practice specialises in trauma-informed support, mindful of how the nervous system responds to stress.
Services include general counselling sessions, integrative counselling, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, complemented by breathwork and somatic awareness techniques. The practice also supports clients navigating career changes and helps young adults find their direction through dedicated career and life coaching, drawing on a Level 4 Diploma in Life Coaching (CPCAB).
Sessions are available online or in person, offering a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and work towards feeling more connected and in control of your life.
