About Cukula Counselling

Cukula Counselling offers general counselling, integrative therapy, bereavement support, and compassion-focused therapy for adults and young people. Annie Anderton, the founder, is a qualified counsellor and BACP registered member who draws from psychodynamic, person-centred, and compassion-focused therapeutic models to create a safe, collaborative space for reflection and growth.

With extensive experience supporting both adults and children, including senior practitioner work with a national childhood bereavement charity, Annie brings depth and sensitivity to her practice. She has completed numerous qualifications in trauma work and therapeutic practice with diverse age groups, enabling her to meet clients where they are and tailor her approach to individual needs.

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are available both face-to-face and online via video platforms including FaceTime, Zoom, and WhatsApp Video. This flexibility means you can access support in the way that works best for you, whether you prefer in-person sessions or the convenience of remote therapy.

Cukula Counselling is ideal for anyone seeking professional, compassionate support to work through life's complexities—whether you're navigating grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply need space to reflect and process your experiences. Annie's integrative approach and commitment to creating a reflective, non-judgmental environment make her a trusted choice for meaningful therapeutic work.
