Chelsea's journey from a Level 3 Personal Trainer to a Health and Fitness Club Manager has equipped her with the expertise to help clients overcome their fears and embrace fitness in a welcoming environment. By offering outdoor classes and personal training sessions, she has fostered a sense of belonging among her clients, known as the CSD Fitness Army.
