As an accredited member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM), she provides a range of complementary treatments tailored to help you find balance and peace.
Energy healing forms a core part of Karen's practice. Reiki is a hands-on energy-based healing therapy which supports and encourages natural self-healing, while crystal healing uses the ancient and natural therapy of placing crystals on and around the body to promote wellness. Indian head massage complements these offerings as a holistic therapy focused on care and relaxation.
Karen also specialises in movement and mindfulness practices. She offers yoga classes including restorative yoga and yoga nidra sessions, which provide a wonderful chance to stop, relax and simply be at peace. Meditation group classes allow you to become more aware and more purposeful about your actions, while forest bathing introduces a recent and grounding way of connecting with nature.
