CrossFit Braintree is a CrossFit box offering group fitness classes where everyone follows the same program, alongside specialised training and coaching across multiple disciplines. The gym is Braintree's first and only official Hyrox Affiliated Gym, providing dedicated Hyrox training sessions, nutrition planning, and coached preparation for this hybrid fitness competition.
Beyond CrossFit, the team offers personal training tailored to individual goals—whether Olympic weightlifting, weight loss and body transformation, competitive CrossFit coaching, or online programming. All coaches are available for one-to-one sessions that don't need to be CrossFit-related, giving you flexibility to work on whatever matters most to you.
The gym runs dedicated classes for younger members, with CrossFit Kids classes designed around fun and enjoyment, plus teens classes for ages 11–17 structured around physical and mental maturity. Members enjoy unlimited access to CrossFit sessions, Hyrox training, and open gym facilities.
