Counselling Trauma Recovery offers a confidential and empathic space for individuals navigating difficult life experiences. As a BACP member since 2006 and NCP accredited practitioner, the service specialises in trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, substance abuse, and major life transitions. Each client is met with non-judgement as they work through their personal journey.
Services include one-to-one general counselling sessions and psychotherapy, alongside meditation group classes designed to support mindfulness and reflection. The practice also provides clinical supervision for both training and qualified counsellors, drawing on years of professional experience in the field.
