Polly's therapeutic approaches include person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, and EMDR therapy, supported by ongoing professional training. She holds a Professional ASC Crisis and Trauma Counselling Diploma and is qualified as a Counselling Supervisor with a postgraduate certificate in the field.
