About Counselling Matters

Recognising that many clients prefer flexibility, Counselling Matters primarily offers online and telephone counselling, making support accessible from home.

All staff and associate counsellors are registered with recognised professional bodies. The lead counsellor holds senior accredited membership with the National Counselling Society, ensuring clients receive care from qualified, regulated practitioners.
