About Counselling
Counselling offers individual and couples counselling sessions, available in person, online, or by telephone to suit your needs. With experience working predominantly with anxiety, grief and bereavement, depression, and trauma, the service supports clients navigating a wide range of challenges including addiction, low moods, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and neurodivergence such as autism and ADHD.
Sessions are tailored to you. An initial 30-minute assessment session provides an opportunity to meet and discuss your needs before committing to ongoing support. Individual counselling sessions run for 50 minutes, as do couples sessions, creating a consistent space for reflection and change.
The service holds BACP membership, ensuring practice meets professional standards. Whether you're facing a specific life event, managing ongoing emotional difficulties, or seeking support for relationship challenges, Counselling provides a confidential, non-judgmental environment to explore your concerns and work towards greater wellbeing.
