Counselling and Therapy Scotland CIC offers a range of evidence-based talking therapies for adults, couples, families, and young people. The practice provides psychodynamic counselling, which seeks to make sense of issues through exploration, alongside cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, and family and systemic approaches. For those interested in somatic and expressive work, dance movement therapy is available, providing a safe space for full self-expression.

The team specialises in trauma and couples therapy, supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. They also offer Internal Family Systems (IFS) and IFS coaching, drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet individual needs.
