About Consilium Person-Centred Counselling
Consilium Person-Centred Counselling offers person-centred therapy delivered by a qualified MBACP counsellor. The practice is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP registration no: 38351).
Services are tailored to suit your needs and circumstances. Face-to-face counselling takes place in a private, dedicated therapy room. For flexibility and accessibility, online counselling and telephone counselling are available, with a free 15-minute introductory telephone session offered to new clients. Walk and talk therapy provides an alternative outdoor setting, while home visits can be arranged for those with mobility challenges, those recovering from surgery, or anyone unable to leave home.
Couples counselling is also available for those seeking support together. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge, working through difficult emotions, or seeking personal growth, person-centred counselling creates a non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. The approach is grounded in empathy and respect for your individual experience.
Consilium Person-Centred Counselling is here to support you through life's complexities with flexibility, accessibility, and genuine person-centred care.
