The practice is led by an accredited Yoga Alliance Professionals teacher with a 200-hour yoga and meditation teaching certificate and 100 hours of yoga therapy certification, alongside training in Somatic Movement Education.

The focus is on using yoga and wellbeing practices to support stress and anxiety management. Sessions combine traditional yoga with somatic movement—a body-based approach to building awareness and resilience—and guided meditation. One-to-one work is available for those seeking bespoke support tailored to their individual needs.
