About Coatbridge Tae Kwon Do
Coatbridge Tae Kwon Do has been successfully teaching valuable life skills and self-defence to all ages for over 30 years. The school offers tae kwon do classes tailored to different age groups, from the Little Dragons program for young children aged 4–6, through junior classes for 7–12 year olds designed to build confidence and strengthen both body and mind, to adult classes that improve fitness, flexibility and confidence. In addition to martial arts training, Coatbridge Tae Kwon Do provides self-defence classes and Bowen Technique therapy.
