Coastpath Counselling & Psychotherapy offers integrative psychotherapy and counselling, drawing on both existential and psychodynamic approaches to support clients through a range of emotional and relational challenges.
The practice works with anxiety, panic attacks, depression and low mood, helping clients understand and manage these experiences. For those navigating relationship difficulties, couples counselling is available to support communication and reconnection. Bereavement counselling provides compassionate support through grief and loss, while self-esteem therapy and anger management help address confidence and emotional regulation.
Trauma and post-traumatic stress are also areas of focus, alongside support for addiction-related concerns. Each client receives individualised attention in a confidential, non-judgmental space.
Sessions are available both in-person for clients in the Greater London area and online via Zoom, offering flexibility to suit your circumstances. Coastpath Counselling & Psychotherapy is registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
