About Clare Gale
Clare Gale is an accredited counsellor who supports people working through anxiety, depression, and ways to feel more fulfilled. She works with an integrative counselling approach, which allows her to be flexible and tailor her support to each person's needs. Within this framework, she may draw on CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques when appropriate.
Much of Clare's work is with parents and carers—including mums, parents of disabled or neurodivergent children, and those caring for others. She understands the particular pressures these groups face and creates a supportive space to explore challenges and build resilience.
Counselling is available both online and face-to-face, giving you flexibility in how you access support. Online counselling has become the norm for many people across the UK, and Clare offers this from any location. Whether you prefer to meet in person or connect remotely, you can work at a pace that suits you.
If you're looking for counselling to help you navigate life's difficulties and reconnect with a sense of wellbeing, Clare offers a compassionate, qualified approach tailored to your individual circumstances.
