Mini Ninja Karate introduces younger children aged 4–6 to discipline through engaging instruction, while Junior Dragon Karate (7–12) and adult classes (13+) build on these foundations with increased intensity and focus. Kickboxing classes are available for juniors, adults, and ladies-only sessions, featuring pad work, drills, sparring and fitness training. All instructors are professionally trained and certified, fully DBS checked and trained in first aid, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for every participant.
